Industrial Psychology

       Industrial Psychology focuses on menggembangan, evaluate and predict the performance of a work that is done by individuals.
Definition of Industrial Psychology:

 
Science of human behavior associated with the environment (the organization).

1. Factors affecting the work.
2. Factors affecting job satisfaction 
3. Ways or procedures in order to work and maximum job satisfaction
Function Industrial Psychology

One common function of psychology in industry are:Conducting investigations relating to the activities of personnel management. 

For example: Employee Selection, staffing, pengkuran attitude, motivation, and so forth.
